I've recently decided to become a veggie..14 days ago actually. And i know im obviously missing out on vitamins i need, and im kind of lost as to what vitamins i should be taking.<br><br>
Im 16 years old, and a female if that means anyhing.<br><br>

A good daily multivitamin is probably your best bet. There are vegetarian kinds, and non-veg kinds. What you get depends on your prefs and your cash-flow.

It's going to stop your worries about vitamins as well as other people's worries (relatives and friends). Makes things easier, smoother!

I'd just go for a multivitamin. Make sure you don't take it on an empty stomach though or it will feel dreadful!!
