Okay just wondering your thoughts...

I am taking a vitamin B12 supplement (under the tounge)... every second day.

Each tablet contains 1000mcg...

Im not having a muti at the moment as I havent found a good one...

So the B12 does that sound okay to you??

Any thoghts experiences greatly appreciated.. Thnaks...


Oh and vegemite.... It that good for vegans??

I buy a muti-vegan at Whole Food Markets,

And my B12 sublingual 1000mcg plus 400mcg Folic Acid, also. Good price, easy access. Seem as good as any I have tried. Both from VegLife Vegan certified.

just having the B12 should be alright as long as you make sure to eat a balanced diet with the rest of your micronutrients in.
