I'm off to the Philippines in a few weeks time and wondering if anyone reading this has any veg*n contacts or experiences. I was in Metro Manila for just a few days recently and found pasta dishes were the easiest option - but not sure I can live on Ziti bake for a whole three weeks

Any recommendations would be welcome. I will initially be in Metro Manila but we aim to travel after that... so all suggestions welcomed
