We had many arguments in the past about violence and nonviolence.
But now I have realized that it doesn't matter. God will always punish those who hurts his creatures.
The good news is that a few days ago, a KFC restaurant in my city caught fire and it was burnt down.
It was not completely destroyed, but I think God just gave them a warning sign.
It is a very good news for people who hate KFC. Serves them right!

So what about the people who were shot in Norway? Did they do something awful to deserve it too?

Sorry, mate - **** happens, in some cases it's something that might be good seen from a certain point of view (McD's or KFC burning down) and sometimes it's horrible stuff that makes you want to curl into a ball and cry until everything's over, but I don't believe that God dishes these things out. It's just that misfortune happens to everyone, even horrible people. Calling it God's deed when it happens to bad people only is a bit... Whatever. I believe the only way horrible people will get what they deserve (and by this I don't mean burning down their shops, violence is wrong) is our action.

edit: I know I sound snarky... Can't help it today, it's a bad day.

"One day I was a young boy...when I saw a mother otter with her cubs. Even as I watched, the mother otter dived into the water and came up with a plump salmon, which she subdued... As she ate it, while of course it was still alive, the body split and the pink roes spilled out much to the delight of the baby otters. Mother and children dining upon mother and children. And that is when I first learned about evil. It is built into the very nature of the universe. Every world spins in pain. If there is any kind of supreme being, it is up to all of us to become his moral superior." — Lord Vetinari

YES.

It was said that he would tolerate absolutely anything apart from anything that threatened the city [footnote: And mime artists. It was a strange aversion, but there you are. Anyone in baggy trousers and a white face who tried to ply their art anywhere within Ankh's crumbling walls would very quickly find themselves in a scorpion pit, on one wall of which was painted the advice: Learn The Words.]

And of the one big quote:

OOK.
