But what's with adding milk?


The absolutely BEST reason for making soymilk--OKARA!
It' amazingly moist, and has a tender texture. Perfect for any type of patty or loaf

You needn't always add milk. I don't add also milk usually. It just for someone who doesn't like soya flavor. :)
Yes, Okara is really good food. Unfortunately, okara is often discarded in the soya milk production.

Very messy, long procedure, things got burnt, things overflowed, the result wasn't tasty at all.

:p It happened also once here. Soya flavor is not for everyone, it's true. Have you ever tasted the soya rice drinks from market? Some of them are really ok, and tasty neutral, I think.
