I wish our school system had more veggie options than just the scary cheese pizza. My boys pack every single day.

My daughters school offers a vegetarian choice daily but it always has cheese in it. Mozzarella cheese sticks arent my idea of a very healthy meal. I pack her lunch every morning. I wish that they'd adopt a menu with some vegan options.

Wow, that would have been nice when I was in school. My high school vegetarian lunches consisted of a roll with lettuce, tomato, onion, and mustard.

My high school vegetarian dishes are either pasta (either palin or with the teeniest dollop of tomatoe sauce) or a tomatoe and cheese panini.

Our vegan dishes? Well, theres small cups of fruit but you're going to be very, very hungry.

With all our standard grade work and all the other things I have going on, I don't have time to make a decent packed lunch and neither do my parents. Other schools should be taking a leaf out of their book!!!!!
