Someone on the McDougall Friends facebook page mentioned she had used my No-Meat Loaf recipe to make meatballs and loved it. I'm guessing she probably did it with a tomato sauce marinara, like for spaghetti or sub sandwiches. Last week, I decided to give it a go with barbecue sauce because a friend at work asked me to come up with something with meatballs and barbecue sauce that he could make a sub out of. These turned out great! I even made another batch over the weekend to take as an appetizer/finger food to a family function. They loved them too. It's a WIN!
