*winces* well i guess that's fair play. one of my omni type friends said the other day when i was freaking out people by telling them about meat said, 'if you couldn't face killing the animal yourself, you shouldn't eat meat'.

This is why I ate only fish and seafood for a while (and no, I didn't call myself a vegetarian)

I reasoned that I had fished and caught crabs and dug my own clams. And cleaned my own catch. Whereas I couldn't imagine killing a bird or mammal. So I was okay with eating fish and seafood.

Now, though, the idea makes me feel rather ill.
