hello everyone! I'm a newbie here


I'm on my 7th month of vegetarianism..I was vegan for 4 months but due to some health issues I have to switch to lacto-Ovo vegetarian. I was doing well during the first 2 months of the vegan diet. I actually did it without cheating. During the 3rd and 4rth month I noticed that my nail got brittle and easily peel off and I got a really bad hair loss. Can anyone give me a good vegan diet tips. ty!
