I found interesting map a few days ago. Did you hear about openstreetmap? It is something like google maps but is made by community. Everyone can sign you into project and edit. But what is interesting in this project that they have special diet:* tag for us http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Key:diet
Also exists website which can present this data.
Berlin exmaple:

Right now is only 3k POI for vegetarians. We should change it.
