Hello everyone-<br>
I have been a vegetarian for a little over a year. I decided to eat vegetarian after some personal research and wanted to do something healthy for me and mother earth. It's been a journey and I've had some set backs but I truly believe that this is the right thing for me. I feel wonderful eating right and no meat, dairy or sugar. I've had challenges in finding new things to eat so if anyone has any ideas I am very excited to hear from you! <img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="/images/smilies/smiley.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title=":)"><br>
My husband is not vegetarian but is very supportive of me and will eat some vegetarian meals. I really have a hard time with lunches and dinners throughout the week. I work long hours and need something quick and easy and satisfying...that's a lot to ask for. I also live in a small town and there is nobody that I know of who is vegetarian that I can share with..so here I am! I look forward to being an active member here. <img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="/images/smilies/smiley.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title=":)">

A Warm Welcome to you to the Veggie Boards !!! I live in a small town and I am getting frustrated where to go get proper things to eat so you and I are in same boat and also my husband is not a Vegetarian but he supports me being one.
