Vegetarian Chow Mein

1 half box of spaghetti or pack of noodles

1 cup green beans

1 medium carrot

½ medium cabbage

1 small green sweet pepper

1 large onion

1 sprig celery

salt to taste

¾ cup cooked rice, peas or sprouts

2 tsp. Soy sauce

2 tsp. oil

Method

Prepare vegetables by washing and cutting lengthwise in small strips. Boil noodle while vegetables are being prepared, drain and let cool. Stew with a little oil and onions and sweet peppers. Add noodles. Simmer other vegetables in small amount of seasoning (onion, celery etc.) Add more of each item.
