Why would you use cheese instead of a meat substitute?<br><br><img alt="" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-p9tsmQvQyzQ/TadQg0NKjLI/AAAAAAAAAMk/vZowMUUgFks/s320/suspicious.jpg" style="border:0px solid;">

I just use a smoke spray, liquid smoke and soy and water, til it tastes yum. Spray that on the buttered toast, sprinkle with nooch and add your L n T.

A lot of brands of artificial 'bacon bits' are vegan. You could use that as a substitution.
