I am looking for a good website that gives the nutrional content of juiced vegetables.<br><br>
Carrots are an easy find, but I need things like parsley, broccoli, kale etc...<br><br><br><br>
thanks soooo much.

thanks, I downloaded the usda's searchable nutrional database and use that for foods.<br><br>
The problem I was having is juiced fruits and vegetables have higher nutrional contents than raw since the fiber blocks some of<br><br>
the raw's intake.<br><br><br><br>
And it is hard to find that sort of information for "abnormal" juices.<br><br><br><br><br><br>
