Animal Acres is a sanctuary for farmed animals. Come along with Vegas Veg in our chartered bus! When we get to Animal Acres, we will visit with pigs, goats, cows, horses, sheep, turkeys, chickens, and more. These animals were rescued from the dreadful conditions of factory farming. Our tour guides will tell us the stories of the animals we meet, and they will also teach us about the system that exploits and abuses these animals... at least before the few lucky ones find their way to sanctuary. We'll also learn about the actions each of us can take individually and together to help prevent farmed animal suffering.
Vegas Veg will provide full refunds to ticket purchasers in the event this trip is canceled. Children of all ages are welcome to attend. Sorry, no dogs or other nonhuman animals.
