Vegans of yore: 1975 video

I got a bang out of this 1976 film from the Vegan Society (UK). Some of the information is embellished and/or out-of-date, but it's surprising to see how similar the message is.

At minute 2:30, the video gets into the health discussion.

Sorry David3, tried to watch it but I couldn't. I have a real thing about the dairy industry.

I'm glad to see we are winning in some places like South Australia but can't look at the pictures, can't listen to the details but, strangely enough, I can tell people the details usually a bit at a time to let the horror slip in slowly

Thankfully, there aren't any bloody pictures or violent descriptions in the video. The film is just interviews with physicians, nutritionists, and vegans. There is a sad scene at the very end of the film, which shows a dairy cow's calf being taken away.

Plus, you get to enjoy seeing the 1970s hairstyles and clothes.
