I can vouch for the cooked sweet potato sushi. Seems like it wouldn't work - but it's oh so good.

Mix Vegenaise and Sriracha, apply vigorously to all sushi


I used to love the spicy sauce they'd have with vegetable rolls and stuff, this is even better!

That combination works so well on so many foods. I top black burgers and falafel with it. I also dip vegan buffalo nuggets in it. Delicious!

Tried to make the yam and mushroom ones for the first time last night and they were tasty!! Though the BF likes both but prefers the avocado and cucumber ones as he likes the crunch, which was a surprise to me as he's an omni. I remember though that Sequoia was mentioning something about what I think was bell pepper and spring onion, can't remember for sure though, if you're here Sequoia then what did you have in your's? As for Veganaise, I think it's only available in North America, haven't seen it here in Holland.

Have also discovered that a light sprinkling of chili flakes in the avocado and cucumber rolls gives them a nice edge.
I've tried to find seaweed salad the last 2 times I've been to the grocery store to add to the rolls as well, they've been sold out though.
