I have a recipe that takes heavy cream and posted on here before and people suggested to use Silk soy creamer. However, now I've found coconut milk creamer right next to the Silk. So, which one would work better? Thanks.

Depends on what it's for maybe? You could also just use coconut milk, if the coconut flavor won't be a problem, it's thick, and unsweetened (all the creamers are pretty sweet I think).
