PRESS RELEASE

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Wellolistic.com announces launch of Worlds First Vegan Social Network

COBOURG, December 1, 2011 - Wellolistic today announced the launch of the first worldwide vegan social network (www.wellolistic.com), a free social platform which promotes and supports the interaction of vegans worldwide.

I am now a vegan and see the vegan lifestyle as the ultimate in wellness for the body and the planet. said Wellolistic founder Colm Maher I am always interested in exploring new ideas and as part of my personal search for wellness, I began attending a local wellness group which favored the vegan lifestyle from a health, nutritional point of view. After several meetings and several vegan cooking classes, I watched Forks Over Knives and read the China Study. After absorbing all this information, my way became crystal clear.

Wellolistic.com is a worldwide support community welcoming all vegans, vegetarians and people who just want to know more about the vegan lifestyle and diet, share vegan recipes and generally share thoughts, inspiration and testimonials about veganism. Veganism has major implications for global personal and public health, environmental issues, and animal welfare. The United Nations has stated that the vegan diet is vital to save the world from hunger, fuel poverty and the worst aspects of climate change.

Bill Clinton, former president, and now the most well known vegan advocate in the world adopted the vegan diet for heart health. He was previously known for his love of burgers, barbecue and junk food, has gone from a meat lover to a vegan.

I wouldn't say it was the first specific one. There is (was?) Vegified. It disappeared and then came back and disappeared and came back now it looks like it disappeared again. But this is still interesting. Thanks for sharing.
