These are DELICIOUS, they taste like homemade stuffing, and are SO easy to make. From Student's Go Vegan Cookbook by Carole Raymond

"These fragrant rolls are studded with black olives, onions, and a hint of sage. The thick batter goes right from mixing to backing, eliminating rolling dough.

1 cup whole-wheat flour
1 cup unbleached all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
2 tsp crumbled, dried sage leaves
1/4 cup pitted kalamata olives
1/2 cup onions, finely chopped
1/3 cup canola oil
1 cup plus 2 tablespoons soy milk

Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. Lightly oil a baking sheet.
To a large bowl, add the flours, baking powder, salt, and sage. Mix well with a fork or wire whisk to combine. Cut the olives into fourths. Stir the olives and onions into the flour mixture.
In a separate bowl, combine the oil and soy milk. Pour the liquid into the flour mixture, then stir just to combine. The batter will be thick; avoid overmixing, which results in tough rolls.
Drop the batter by 1/4 cups onto the baking sheet 1 to 20 inches apart. Bake for about 12 minutes, until the rolls are lightly browned. Serve hot."

Enjoy!
