hey guys,

I know they have the Jonathan line of vegan hair care products, but does anyone know if they have anything else that's vegan?

I work there (so I should know), but I don't want to get in trouble for reading labels all day, lol. Sure, I'm not going to buy something without reading it, but was wondering if anyone knows of anything.

I have a gift card for there PLUS I got 30% off, so I want to get something...

thanks

the products are not animal tested. however, that does not mean that the ingredients in the products are not/have not been animal tested. (i worked there as well) and they do carry prducts with milk protein and honey.

the flagship stores carry a vegan line. as far as the others, FWIW, if it doesn't say "vegan" it's not.

Yeah, that's a fine line. "Final product not tested on animals" is very vague.

Quincy - Why not talk to someone before or after work? Just let someone know you're interested in buying some products. Or tell them you had a customer that asked.

they should be encouraging you to read labels. if your manager isn't, then she's in the wrong. it's important to be educated in what you are selling.

your manager will tell you that BBW is PETA approved.(which means zip IMO) that's all she/he probably knows about vegan products.

Well, I haven't shopped at Bath and Body Works for a looong time but I just looked at their site. You can look the ingredients in the products online. So, you could do your research on the net at home before you go and buy at work? (Dang, there are a lot of chemical type additives in their products now)

Not all the products have the ingredients listed online.

http://www.bathandbodyworks.com/prod...entPage=family

I so miss the original Bath and Body Works first original line of shampoos and conditioners esp. the Bannana Hair masque. After they discontinued the Retivalizing Shampoo and Conditioner and than redid them, it just wasn't the same. I swear that original line was the best stuff I had ever used on my hair.
