My fav vegan cookbook is The Accidental Vegan by .... Damn I forgot but you can find it at www.akpress.com.

lots of ethnic food and easy to make. When SD and I were in Omaha visiting my grandparents we cooked vegan food for them most meals. The big hits were the tofu scrambles and the peanut butter curry soup.

Check out the ginger-spiced scones. They are absolutely wonderful. I used pecans instead of cashews once time and they turned out great.

I love that cookbook - everything I've made from it so far has been excellent!!

I stopped into the bookstore while I was at another store nextdoor and was just looking around for books on animals and I came upon it and I need variety so thats what made me buy it. I cant rationalize buying a cookbook if it doesnt have A lot to choose from. It has over 400 recipies and I like the fact that it has all the other information in it too. You know what im talking about right? I cant wait to try out some of the recipes.

I just got this book and I love it. I am just reading the beginning tonite but I liked the simplicity of most of the recipes and it has a ton of pizza ideas. The Seitan Rueben is especially good and I have missed Ruebens alot!

Yeah I really like all the other information in the begining of the book and throughout it as well. I dont own many cookbooks but of the ones I do, they dont have as much information as this one does. It's good to have all that because it helps me have a better understanding of what im eating, and why im eating it. Like the nutritonal values and comparrisons. Really like the book.
