It doesn't look like you are shy. It looks like you have a good talent for doing that.
The content subject could use some serious thought put into it in order for it to be more educational or more interesting or entertaining or all of the above. There is so much good stuff and resulting competition coming out on Youtube.
If you are going to get vegetarians interested in your videos then it could help to create informative topics of interest.
That isn't easy. And maybe that is not your intent and having fun is more important.
Anyway I would like encourage you to get some serious veggie videos going on!
