Does anybody know of any vegan meal replacement shakes?

Do the shakes make you feel full?

Can you exercise a lot whilst replacing meals?

I've hit another plateau and whilst I've changed my exercise plans, I'm not seeing great results. I'm keeping a log and eating between 1200 (rest days) to 1700 (exercise days), making sure I create a deficit of 500-700.

wow... what is your height and weight.. that seems like a really low amount of calories for someone working out. The best way to break plateaus is to do strenuous routines you aren't used to, and they take calories to recover from.

As for meal replacement, I eat a lot of Scooby's "scooby poo bars". He's a pseudo-vegetarian, so his recipe is veg, but my vegan version - I replace his whey powder with a vegan protein powder, and the skim milk with soy milk. Now that I think about it, the ones I make are organic too, I use all organic ingredients. Uber healthy.

The nutritional stats check out, they are cheap to make, and taste half decent.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9FohnE80J0w
