So Delicious is good. I have also had Silk nog and loved that too. Check if those are vegan.

I've had Silk nog and liked it very much. It's pricey for a 32 oz container, but you can look for online coupons.
I'll sometimes add spices to vanilla soy milk and that works for me. I often get Silk or other creamer for baking, and that makes the drink richer!
