Before I became a vegan, I was pro at making creme brulee. It was my favorite dessert. I love the creamy, smooth richness of it. It is the one food I at as an omni that I truly miss. I tried a few vegan recipes for it that I found online, but they left much to be desired. They made me wonder whether or not the people who made them have ever actually eaten creme brulee.

So I'm going to take the plunge and attempt to veganize it myself. If anyone has any tips or tricks (or recipes of their own), I'd sure appreciate it.
