Hi!<br><br>
This is an easy recipe of cous cous, I hope you enjoy it! n_n<br><span style="font-size:large;"><span>YOU NEED</span></span>:<br><br>
- WateR<br>
- Cous- Cous<br>
- Salt<br>
- Curry<br>
- Olive Oil<br>
- Turmeric<br>
- Your favourite vegetables! (In this case I've used, <span>zucchini</span>, <span>mushrooms</span>, <span style="color:#008000;">broccoli</span>, <span>peas</span>, <span style="color:#FF0000;">red pepper</span> and <span style="color:#FFA500;">carrot</span>. But I always change vegetables! )<br><br><span><span style="font-size:large;">DECORATION</span></span>:<br><br>
- Some canons<br>
- Walnuts<br>
- And a circle mold. (Maybe with a cup of tea, looks great! )<br><br><span><span style="font-size:large;">PREPARATION</span></span>:<br><br>
I know that cous cous can be prepared in a lot of different ways, but this is how I do it! <img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="/images/smilies/smiley.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title=":)"><br><br>
So, I put water in a pot, with a pinch of salt, curry and turmeric to taste, and I wait until it boils. Once it's boiling, I remove the pot from the kitchen stove and I put the cous cous into the pot (I always put twice as water than cous cous, for 2 people I put a bit more than half a glass of water) and I cover the pot, for 15 minutes aprox.<br>
While cous cous is sucking the water I cut the vegetables and sauté them with a little bit of olive oil, and I put a little salt (salt to taste, I like food a little bland)<br>
Usually I put vegetables and peas together, but I wanted the peas to be on the top, just for the pic, so I cooked the peas in another pan <img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="/images/smilies/smiley.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title=":)"><br><br>
I recommend that you taste the cous cous to correct the amount of salt.<br><br>
And finally,<br><br>
Emplate as you like the most!<br><br><a href="http://www.veggieboards.com/newvb/attachment.php?s=953b8517743078e31b64efd9519e5caa&attachmentid=16547" title="">Attachment 16547</a><br><a href="http://cdn.veggieboards.com/9/9d/9d02862d_vbattach16546.jpeg"><img alt="LL" src="http://cdn.veggieboards.com/9/9d/525x525px-LL-9d02862d_vbattach16546.jpeg" style="width:499px;height:334px;"></a><br><a href="http://cdn.veggieboards.com/e/e3/e36ced8a_vbattach16547.jpeg"><img alt="LL" src="http://cdn.veggieboards.com/e/e3/525x525px-LL-e36ced8a_vbattach16547.jpeg" style="width:525px;height:351px;"></a>
