I just made some Monterray Jack Cheeze... I have never even heard of Monterray Jack cheese so I'm guessing it's an American cheese... I'll let you know how it tastes. They have recipes for Swiss cheese as well...

About this casein? Isn't it harmful to your health?<br><br><br><br>
Also, I am a new vegan and am still learning. Vegan cheese: There is a website you should check out: <a href="http://www.chreese.com." target="_blank">www.chreese.com.</a> I haven't ordered (yet) but I think it is less expensive.<br><br><br><br>
