I just bought some Soymage vegan (casein free) mozzarella cheese. Given everything I've read on this board about how gross fake cheese are, I don't really have high hopes ... but my curiosity got the better of me and I had to try it.

I was planning to make some cheeseless pizzas, and I'm going to add just a little bit of this stuff to try. I'll let ya know how it comes out.

I'm in the UK but I really like Scheese soya cheese. It is not gross, not to me. And I have occasionally fed it to unsuspecting builders who said yes they would like a sandwich and a cup of tea...

Oh wow, I just tried it, and sorry to have to report that I think it's pretty terrible in both texture and taste. Darn!
