Vegan Better Than Sex Cake by Flower<br><br>

This recipe is suitable for a: vegetarian/vegan diet.<br><br><br><br><br><br>
Ingredients:<br><br>

Cake:<br><br><br><br>
1 package vegan yellow cake mix<br><br>
2/3 cup oil<br><br>
4 egg substitutes<br><br>
11 oz. can mandarin oranges<br><br><br><br>
Frosting:<br><br><br><br>
8 oz. Hip Whip<br><br>
1 package vegan instant vanilla pudding<br><br>
8 oz. can crushed pineapple<br><br><br><br><br><br>
Instructions:<br><br>

Mix cake ingredients together. Do not drain the oranges (the juice needs to be in the cake or it turns out very dry). Pour into greased 9x13 pan and bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.<br><br><br><br>
Mix pineapple with the dry pudding mix (do not drain any of the juice from the pineapple!). Fold in the Hip Whip. Put on cake when it's cool.<br><br><br><br><br><br>
