I made this today, but I did it in one of those narrower, deeper tins that you tend to use for 'bread' things, so it took an extra ten minutes. I also omitted the salt, used self-raising flour instead of baking powder and put almonds and dark chocolate in it. Everyone says it's lush xD

i made this for the second time today. the first time was a hit! both times, i had to pull it out of the oven before an hour; maybe my oven is funny, but it gets done in about 45 minutes. i love the flavors, especially the hint of pb with the banana, yum!

I made this today, my first attempt at vegan baking. It turned out really good, everyone loved it. I put it in a square corningware casserole dish and turned the oven down to 325* I did add a cap n a half of vanilla and a sprinkle of cinnamon.

The coolest part of all....I got to lick the bowl w/o having to worry about getting sick from the eggs, I'm a batter licking freak..lol

I will definitely be making this everytime I have over ripe bananas!!!!

Thank you for the recipe.

This sounds so amazing.. maybe for breakfast paired with some fresh blueberries! Which brand of vegan-friendly flour do you recommend?
