We're hoping to go here for Fathers' Day, and I'm having a bit of a struggle determining what's vegan. Google didn't turn up much at all. On the site, they have an allergen listing, but only the complete dishes are listed, so it's difficult to determine if a non-vegan ingredient is in the sauce or the pasta, etc.

I actually just called the local Carino's and the man said that the red sauces were vegan, and that the only pasta which contained egg was the penne (which seems unusual). I questioned him about the fettucine, but the allergen list confirms that there's no egg. The spaghetti says it has egg, but it's in a dish with meatballs which could easily use an egg binder. The angel hair says that it's egg free, but contains dairy, but again this is for the whole dish. Surely there's not dairy in pasta?

Has anyone tried vegan dining here? Would love any tips you have. Looks like we can order a couple of the pastas with one of the red sauces, but I'm a bit unclear on the "milk" allergen listing.

Never have been there before, but usually you don't have to worry about dairy in pasta. It's eggs you need to worry about. The spaghetti should be fine
