Can someone tell me if there are "vegan safe" amino acids?

i am interested in supplementing my diet with free form amino acids and can not find any online.

Also, are there any good tasting soy protein mixes? I haven't found any yet and I seemed to have tried all of them.

Thanks,

Hi, Susan.

Bragg's Liquid Amino Acids is vegan: http://www.bragg.com/products/liquidaminos.html

What do you mean by soy protein mixes?

You know, if you want all the essential amino acids, you could just simply drink soymilk. Soy is one of the few or only plant sources to be a complete protein source. So, by drinking plenty of soymilk (which I do), you should get enough amino acids. But, the Bragg's Liquid Amino Acids is also a good choice (basically an alternative to unhealthy/unnatural soy sauce; looks, smells, and tastes the same).

Does it have to be soy protein? If not - I recommend Vega. Much healthier than most.
