What are your favourites?

In my neck of the words, a local brewery called "Batemans" is well-known for being v-friendly.

What are your recommendations?

I drink Miller Lite. I saw it on a list of vegan beers.

I picked this brand because I once bought a few cans of every brand I could at the grocery store. A lot of it was more of the same. It doesn't taste very special really... But I like it because it retains its nice flavor and carbonation all the way down to the last swallow. I take a half hour to drink a can, and most brands loose their stuff about halfway down. Miller kept it.

Sometimes beer is filtered through non-vegan things (isinglass, derived from fish swim bladders, is a common one), or has non-vegan things added to it (like honey.)

I've found most brands I already enjoyed were vegan (unlike with wine.) The main one I had to give up was Guinness.
