I've found out only recently(!) that Colman's Sausage Casserole mix is suitable for Vegetarians.
Does it work well with Veg sausage, or should I get something else instead?

I have no idea; I've never used it. But I'd assume, from looking at it, that it would.

My vegan version of bangers and mash are ; soya sausages with cauliflower and millet mash served with grainy mustard.

I guess so.
When I went for dinner a few weeks ago my mam made Sausage cassarole with a mix she said was veggie.(personally I made my own sauce) and used Linda McCartney vegan sausages. It worked fine.

'Lo Bobby and welcome to the forum

I have used the Colmans casserole mix and, frankly, it is not half as good as just making a decent onion gravy for yourself.

Top Tip! Get yourself some 'Marigold' brand vegetable boullion. That stuff can make anything, including onion gravy for your bangers and mash, taste great.

I admire LM for their sterling efforts in trying to make a vegan alternative to lard and grissle.
