Yes ! I have a signed New York Rangers cap with autographs from former players Sean Avery and Brendan Shanahan, after a winning home game outside of MSG ! I was waiting for Henrik Lundqvist, but he didn't come out at the exit where I was, so I had to give up...

-Do you live with any companion animals?

Yes .... My extended family , four rescue cats , a lil Yorkie and Finly the quiet one my Beta Fish

-Do you live with any companion humans?

Yes

-Where is your favorite place that you have visited?

Capri , Italy when I was a lil kid .... I would love to go back to visit my family on my mother's side .... Bellisimo

-What do you enjoy most about being veg*n?

I am and always have been against animal cruelty.... I was raised by compassionate parents that believed that animals should be loved and not eaten.... It makes me feel liberated and happy to not be part of the general culture of animal cruelty and that I am doing my small part to bring an end to the needless suffering.,,, I feel that being vegan is a better option for my heath, both mentally and physically, and is far better for our shared environment.

-With whom would you most love to have dinner?

Bill Clinton... I find it interesting that a former president is a Vegan, and I think we'd have a great time. He recently stated in an interview that he believes that a vegan diet is far more healthy (he switched over after heart surgery), and we'd be able to decide on a restaurant pretty quickly... I'd love the chance to talk to him about my reasons for being Vegan, and to be able to enlighten him about the anti-animal cruelty aspects of veganism....

-Do you have any secret talents?

Shhhh .... it's a secret lol :x

-What dish/recipe can you make that knocks people's socks off?

Penne Arrabiata (Which means angry sauce in Italian, a spicy dish ! ) Everyone loves it including me !

-What's your favorite restaurant?

Bangkok Cuisine In New York City mmmm....

-What do you do to cheer yourself up when you're feeling blue?

Rock out to my favourite songs, write some poems and draw .... Design clothes, I would love to start a vegan clothing line

-What's your biggest cooking/baking disaster?

This is the story of the "Brick Brownie" I do not recall what was amiss with my vegan brownie recipe concoction .... All I know is that when I took it out from the oven , it looked good and smelled so yummy and then when I tried to cut it, well it was brick; hard enough to break a window or use as a paper weight ;(

-What's the one food/product, that you'd love to "veg*nize"?

Italian mozzarella sticks .... They need to be improved so that next time I serve them to an omni friend, they will enjoy it along with me; instead, they barely eat one and make a face

I am Wiccan because it is a philosophy that agrees with the way I choose to live my life

My recipe for Penne Arrabiata is spicy and I go to my local Asian market and purchase dried Thailand chili peppers.... (You can use crushed red pepper flakes, that works too)

Here is a shopping list, to gather the recipe's ingredients :

1.One box of Penne Rigate pasta

2.Extra virgin olive oil

3. A bulb of garlic

4. One can of San Marzano whole peeled tomatoes

5. Red pepper flakes or two dried Thailand chili peppers ( wash hands thoroughly if you crush them by hand )

6. Fresh basil leaves ( fresh is best because you serve it with a chiffonade on top instead of traditional cheese which is more commonly used )

I cook this recipe by eye and I am going estimate the measurements so that I can send the recipe

I make a garlicky crostini to serve along as a side ....

I would very much love <3 to thank Aristede for choosing me as the next VB star ... I was totally taken by surprise and I love surprises ! I am rather new here to VB and I would like to thank all the moderators and VB members that made me feel welcomed !

Red is the colour of my roses

WoW I love peanut butter yummy ! In Thai food I love it crunchy however on my sandwich I like it smooth .

This is an excerpt from an article that I linked to earlier .... This is pretty much how I feel in general

• Understand the first tenet of Wicca is "An it harm none, do as thou wilt." which basically means as long as it harms none (including yourself) then do as you please. This applies to everything you do--religious and otherwise. This also applies to Magic, which is simply a prayer "acted out". Unfortunately, I have not visited the UK I will just think positive and just say that I will get there someday

My favourite time of the year is Autumn absolutely !

A tough question but I am glad you asked .... I would have to say a gift from my mother that was passed down from my grandfather .... He was a glass artist that created a life like peach from glass ....

What I love most about my boyfriend is his intelligence .... I learn a lot from him <3

I dressed up in my mothers clothes as a lil kid and I would ask her to take them in to fit me and she would try her best with some of her old clothes .... I can do it myself now ha ! ha ! I love to design and sew and I love to fix up vintage clothes as well ....

I do not know of a brand of cereal to build a tower with since I do not eat cereal lol I do love pancakes and the tallest tower would be made of yummy , sticky maple syrupy pancakes .... Here is a video of If you give a pig a pancake : A childhood favourite of mine

My worst decision was to stay with my grandfather during his illness .... he was in hospice care because he had terminal cancer and died while I was at his home visiting... I was asked to leave but I decided to stay and now my last memory is of him taking his last breath .... That was three years ago

No, I haven't thrown up on anyone although there were times I wish I could lol
