Vanilla-Carrot Muffins<br><br>

1 cup white flour<br><br>

1/4 cup canola oil<br><br>
1 tbsp vanilla extract<br><br>
2 cups finely grated fresh carrots<br><br><br><br><br><br>
Instructions:<br><br>
