So I made up a batch of homemade coconut butter the other day and am kind of at a blank as to what I should be using it on?

I used it on bread as a spread and I added some to frozen bananas in the food processor to make icecream but what else can I use it for?

I was recently looking into making coconut butter. Did yours turn out pretty smooth or was it kind of grainy?

Maybe you could blend it with water and use it as coconut milk
Look for coconut recipes from South Asia, Pacific Islands, Caribbean Islands, and other tropical places
Make a tropical take on PB&J with coconut butter and pineapple or mango jam/jelly (or if that is too sweet, use slices of fruit instead of a fruit spread)
And here are some recipes from companies that sell coconut butter or something similar to it

It's not as smooth as store bought but pretty smooth, it has a layer of oil on top if you let it just sit.

I found websites a few days ago about using it as a moisurizer. Just a thought.

Use it in place of regular butter/Earth Balance.
