I get about 80-100 g. per day (no supplements) without a problem, but it's from fruits and veggies. Grains, legumes, nuts, seeds may cause a blockage, though some seeds should help in that area.

How much protein grams per day are you shooting for and what are you eating, as Photojess asked? It's VERY hard on a whole-foods diet to NOT get enough protein if you get enough calories.

I agree re: adding more leafy veggies sounds like a great idea. I was thinking the same thing when I read your meals. Green smoothies are an excellent way to get green leafies in.

(corn is a grain, peas are a legume, and green beans are a fruit, FYI). The leafy vegetables I would suggest are spinach, mixed greens, chard, collards, kale. Broccoli is good, too. Good luck!
