i made raw cashew cheese from <a href="http://www.powells.com/cgi-bin/biblio?inkey=62-1580086187-0&partner_id=31086" target="_blank">ann gentry's book</a> for a brunch i had yesterday and i have a lot left over (it was good, i just think i served too many dishes!). i'm looking for suggestions on how to use it up. i was thinking i could use it as ravioli filling or sandwich spread, but we are sort of a non-starch household. any ideas?
