I can add fat free salsa to your thread. I tried it, and its very nice. I made a version without chilli, only with pepper. It was great anyway.
Preparation Time: 5 minutes

Ingredients
1 onion
1 red pepper
2 tins tomato
handful of coriander
regular chili (quantity depending on spice tolerance!)
Method
Put all in food processor and blend.
Use as a dip with crackers or veg for a fat free diet snack or with lightly salted tortilla chips.
