add 4 tbsp soy sauce. when it starts to bubble, add 1 lb chopped (either into strips or cubes) extra firm tofu and toss constantly over high heat until the soy sauce is absorbed and the tofu takes on a deep rich brown colour and dry textures.
Soft Tofu??? okay so all the power was out in my city practically and no stores hardly were open. I needed food. The only open store had bad selections of food and no firm tofu like I am used to. What can I do with soft tofu?
I have never had good tofu. All I can say about the tofu I have tried has been yucky. Wait, I have had a thing called tofuna from the local hfs, but I am not sure if it is vegan. Anyone have convincing recipes? I have a frozen thing of tofu in the freezer that needs to get used.
