I have seen many videos they explain about calories and protein so wht is basically most important to increase weight :)?

Knowing how many calories you burn in a day and eating more than that. BTW, you don't need excessive amounts of protein or fat to do so, I gained about 10lbs in a couple months eating a low fat raw vegan diet (basically just fruits and veg).
