ok so i didn't care for a while, but more and more study at school is making me care (about this, not calories) again and i truly honestly can't figure out which is better in terms of cancer and overall health (but no, i wont be obsessive<img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="/images/smilies/sunny.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title=":sunny:"> )<br><br><br><br>
dairy...is not so good. i know this. low fat dairy is better than high fat dairy. but dairy all around is not cool and neither is animal protein. its been shown to 'turn on' cancer genes and what not.<br><br>
BUT THAT BEING SAID<br><br>
carbohydrates for over 62% or so of your diet is also said to do this.<br><br><br><br>
so i seem to have come to a fork in the road.<br><br>
im not so keen on the dairy thing, what with animal rights and all, but i could find 'better' options. but which is , in your opinion, better long term? to use low fat dairy to take away from the amounts of carbs ive been eating while avoiding it ? or..well, not to.<br><br><br><br>
