Three and Three Smoothie<br><br>

Suitable for a: vegan diet<br><br><br><br><br><br>
Ingredients:<br><br>
------------------------------------------------------<br><br><br><br>
1 nectarine, peeled, pitted, and chopped<br><br>
1/2 cup fresh cherries, pitted<br><br>
1/2 cup fresh pineapple, peeled, cored and chopped<br><br>
1/2 cup fresh spinach<br><br>
Up to 1/2 cup plain or vanilla soymilk<br><br>
1 tbsp ground flaxseed<br><br><br><br><br><br>
Instructions:<br><br>
------------------------------------------------------<br><br><br><br>
Put fruit, flax and spinach in blender, pour in a little soymilk and blenderize. If you feel that it's too thick, add some more soymilk and blend some more.<br><br><br><br>

Actually, I wanted to call it the, "Yield to oncoming traffic" smoothie for no reason at all, and my friend wouldn't let me. She named it. She said that it contained three things (the fruit) that she'd put in a smoothie, and three that she wouldn't.
