Are you maybe looking for Seasiren?

If so, you might want to try a PM... It's easy to miss threads (especially if the name is wrong)

A Pm is a private message. It's like an email. To send one, just click on 'private messages' close to the top right hand side of your screen, just underneath where it says 'welcome specialK12', and over where it says 'log out'. You can then click on 'send new message' on the left hand column.

Alternatively, you can click on someone's name, and then click 'send mr.x a private message'.

Big salad, lots of lettuce leaves preferably nutrient dense ones like romaine or leaf lettuce.

Maybe some baby spinach, slivered carrots.

Sliced tomatos or cheery tomato's I even hear those grape tomatos are pretty good.

If your not vegan maybe some cheese , I like to add olives and onions to mine also.

Dash of olive oil, a little viniger, some lemon juice and oregano and you got yourself a salad

i do the whole lettuce + tomato + cucumber thing, and add assorted combos of the following:

grated carrot

canned sweetcorn

sliced avacado

black pitted olives

chickpeas/beans

cashews/other nice nuts

pumpkin or sunflower or other nice seeds

sliced red onion

sprigs of parsley

corn chips

chopped boiled new potatoes

lemon

sunblushed/sundried tomatoes

shedded red or white cabbage

shredded brussels sprouts

marinaded panfried tofu chunks/slices/strips

cress/other sprouts

+ anything else thats small and random and floating about the place

eta: i bet things like canned mandarin orange slices, pineapple chunks, raisins, grapes, walnuts, and sliced apple (with a bit of lemon squeezed on it to stop it going brown) would be nice too, and you could add croutons/chunks of crunchy bread/chips/crackers too. the sky is the limit with salads

eta: oooh, and then there is pickled stuff... beetroot, gherkins, those little onions.... lol

Mmmm BIG Salads are the bestest. I eat them at least 4/5 times a week. I am looking for more things to put in them but I am still a food snob and very afraid of the scary things.

This is mine:

Romaine

Spinach

Cucumber

Tomatoes

Red Onion

Carrots (sometimes)

Button Mushrooms

Red Peppers (for The Boy)

Vinagrette Dressing (Cindy's Kitchen makes awesome vinagrette but it's $5 a bottle so I've been getting a store-brand organic Italian)

We used to add cheese and hard boiled eggs but stopped that awhile ago.
