great article! Why does he say Vegan store bought cheese is risky? Just wondering because I just bought some an hour ago and I debated my self for a few days on weather or not I should buy it?

I think he's referring to the fact that so many brands of "dairy-free" cheeses aren't really vegan-- they contain casein.

Okay that is what I thought. I bought Almond cheese the other day got it home and found there was casein in it. I should have read more carefully while in the store. So I went back and got vegan gourmet. I wanted to make sure there were no health effects I was unaware of, I am new to this. Anyway great article.
