Title says it all.
I know it comes up a million times on these boards . I'm thinking of going to experiment with it because I don't have any better solutions at this point. Long explaination, skip to bottom if not interested in details..
Nobody suffers from my health issues, the docs don't know what's really wrong with me. I parially solved condition #1, only to make condition #2 worse with the meds used to treat condition #1.
My thread with leg paraylsis just confirms my belief that I cannot get any sound health advice off the internet unless the other person also suffers from the condition in question or there is a more clear diagnosis.
I am open to other suggestions, but they MUST come from someone who is available IRL or suffers from similiar problems. These are not normal needs that can be met with what works for normal people.
I'd live on vitamins to stay more vegan with my special needs ( heck I know other people with special nutritional needs do it) , but it's not even physically possible for me to consume the amounts I need that way. Plus the high vitamin consumption alone is making me sick despite that I do a lot of liquid vitamins.
According to several pages I've been to, the vitamins I have most difficulty absorbing are in highest sources from animal products, hence the need to experiement. If nothing happens, I'm right back to my mostly vegan state, if it does help, I'm going to try it until I get help from another vegan IRL or doc to manage this problem. I'm not intending to go...oh well...I can't be vegan end of discussion. If it works, I'll just use it until I find a better way to manage this problem.
Anyways...now that I got that out of the way...what is a healthy thing to get that has eggs in it for someone who basically hates them?.
