I brought this up a long time ago, but don't remember if it was here or at VegWeb. This time I have pictures though.

My younger sister is an Ebay addict. She likes to search for childhood toys. She is having trouble remembering some of the names. Do you remember any of these?

Here is the email she sent me:

Ok the first picture is of those little dolls I've asked you about before, I can't remember their name for the life of me. THINK HARD! They have 'CC' on some of their little outfits but I can't find anything on the net about CC dolls. Then the second picture is of some other dolls of mine I found...do you remember their name?? They came with wands, I know that much. Theeeeeen the first doll in the third picture I THINK is from 'Dixie's diner'...You should remember her because we both had the little playset. The second doll is yet another one that I'm trying to think of the name. Help Me damnit!

I know the one on the left is Dixie Diner doll, but I'm not sure about the other.

No. Polly Pockets were ones we could actually remember. I had the whole Polly Pocket Treehouse.

Thanks Starr! I've checked several 80's toy sites without luck. If you find them, you are a true hero.

You're right, Starr.

I was thinking of something else. ^^;;

The blond doll reminds me of Megan from My Little Pony.

Hehe

Actually, Charmkins were one of the ones we could remember. And as far as My Little Pony goes, we were only ever interested in the ponies, not the people. I do remember that the dolls in the second picture always came with an accessory. Kelly remembers a wand and I remember a little pink plastic birdcage that if you put water in it, the bird would sing.

This drives me nuts!

Anyone else remember Blinkins? Those little bugs that had butts that lit up? We always called them Buttkins. She bought one still in the box on Ebay for a dollar something.

Man, those things are freaky-looking. The heads are way out of proportion with the bodies. They look like the Olsen twins.
