At lunch i get some time off to surf the net and eat my food. Wondering what all you gals, and guys are eating today from your trough.<br><br><br><br><br><br>
Im having left overs from last night's dinner:<br><br><br><br>
Mixed vegetables, tofu nuggets that i baked with cajan seasoning, and cajan french fries (baked)

Uncle Ben's quickrice - brown rice with mixed vegetable<br><br>
1 small, portable cup of applesauce<br><br>
1 silk, vanilla 'juicebox'<br><br>
+lots of water!

Wholemeal bagel with herbed cheese, salad and cucumber<br><br>
Pot of raspberry yogurt<br><br>

I had garlic chick'n w/ brown rice pre-made meal (forget the name of the brand - Lite Life or something), along with some carrot sticks, strawberries, and vanilla soy milk. I ended up throwing out part of the tv dinner. It was ok, but I'm not a huge garlic fan, so I didn't like it much. I really like the Sesame Orange Chick'n from the same company. Since lunch, I've been snacking on banana chips, some dark chocolate, and lots of water.<br><br><br><br>
I think I'm honorary vegan so far today.<br><br><br><br>

Had a chickpea salad sandwich on Bran bread with tomato and greens. What made it REALLY good was the Jalepeno jelly in the salad.... sweet heat, so good.

Hmmm...I'm almost embarrassed to post it because it wasn't the healthiest, but here goes:<br><br><br><br>
1/2 sprouted wheat bagel with Tofutti better than cream cheese and alfalfa sprouts<br><br>
leftover whole wheat macaroni & cheeze (soymilk & nutritional yeast sauce)<br><br>
orange juice<br><br>
1 vegan brownie (Nature's Path Brownie mix) and a cup of soymilk<br><br><br><br>
I did eat a healthy breakfast of oatmeal, walnuts, and raisins and 1/2 a pink grapefruit though. So overall my day has been healthy enough...

I had a bean dish (refried beans, olives, corn, in a tomato sauce base with black pepper and chili powder and jabanero sauce) with two cheese taquitos and a ton of tortilla chips.Then I had a giant bowl of grapes just now.

I had a huge salad packed with a ton of raw veggies,and<br><br>
Yves cajun chicken slices mixed in,with a vinegar and olive oil dressing.

Today for lunch I had a really really unhealthy, but really yummy strawberry and butter (or maybe sweetened condensed milk? the label was in japanese...) pastry, followed by a konbu-filled onigiri and some green tea. Mmmm.

ummm....Smart Dog and lots of Peas (one of my fav veggies...could eat them all day) and some crackers. And I have a huge bag of apples so Im sure Im going to be snacking on them too.

I'm probably going to have some lightly toasted wholemeal lebonese bread filled with lettuce, tomatoes, veggie luncheon meat, olives, jalapeno peppers and hummous. <img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="/images/smilies/lick.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title=":lick:">

I was bad today... I went to Market Broiler and had:<br><br><br><br>
Salad with 1000 Island<br><br>
Sourdough bread<br><br>
Fettucini Alfredo<br><br><br><br>
Not my usual lunch... Because of stress, I've been eating bad lately. I just had a banana, some cantalope, Total cereal and peanuts to balance it. Green tea too <img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="/images/smilies/smiley.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title=":)"> I woke up sick this morning so I'm trying to build up my immune system.

I'm a Pea-a-holic too!!!!! I can't get enough of them. <img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="/images/smilies/smiley.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title=":)"> My boyfriend is obsessed with them too. We always have a bag in the freezer and at least 3 cans in the pantry.
